Our scalable Adult Fitness program focuses on improving overall human performance by enhancing aerobic and muscle capacity, flexibility, balance, and relaxation. In order to achieve our goal of improving overall human performance, our workouts are circuit-style and focus on total body development by targeting major muscle groups. AWP Fitness will work to extend your personal limits and push past individual comfort zones to help you reach your goals. At AWP Fitness, you will run, lift, row, jump, pull, push, throw, and climb your way to your fitness goals.
